Monument to Extend Time for Holding Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, B.C. Monument Mining Limited (TSX-V: MMY and FSE: D7Q1) (“Monument” or the “Company”) announces that it has applied to the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court”) for an order to extend the time for Monument to call the next annual meeting of shareholders from December 31, 2014 to March 22, 2015 (the “Application”). 

The Court has authorized service of the Application and abridging the time for service as described in the order made by the Court (the “Order”) on November 7, 2014. The Application will come on for hearing on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 9:45am at the courthouse at 800 Smithe Street in Vancouver, British Columbia.
